We are pleased to confirm that AttoLife is now part of Analytical Expert Labs, marking a new chapter for the business and our clients.
Most importantly, AttoLife continues to provide testing services to existing and new clients. As part of Analytical Expert Labs, we also have the support and resources of a wider group of specialist forensic and analytical businesses behind us.
For clients who have worked with AttoLife for some time, we recognise that there have been changes within the business recently. Our immediate priority is to provide continuity, make it clear how to reach us and ensure clients can continue to instruct AttoLife with confidence.
Analytical Expert Labs is a group of specialist businesses providing forensic, toxicological and analytical services.
The Group includes Forensic Access, Analytical Services International, Forensic Testing Service, Certis BioLabs and TICTAC Communications, bringing together expertise that supports clients across the legal, criminal justice and safeguarding sectors.
For AttoLife, becoming part of the Group means joining established businesses with considerable experience in the markets we already serve. It also gives AttoLife access to additional scientific expertise and testing capabilities as we develop the service available to clients.
AttoLife will continue to operate as a recognisable business within the Group, so existing clients can continue to contact and instruct us.
Quality remains an important part of the service we provide.
Where accreditation applies, UKAS-accredited testing is carried out through Analytical Expert Labs group companies and laboratory partners.
Being part of the Group also gives AttoLife access to established scientific and operational expertise that can support the business as it moves forward.
AttoLife continues to support clients requiring drug and alcohol testing, including hair strand testing and PEth blood testing, alongside DNA testing.
We know that clients need to be able to rely on their testing provider, particularly when results are being used to inform important legal or safeguarding decisions. Good communication throughout the process is just as important, especially when cases are time-sensitive.
As part of the integration, there have been some changes to the AttoLife team and to the way certain enquiries are handled. If you previously contacted a particular member of the team and are unsure who to speak to now, please contact us using the details below. We will make sure your enquiry reaches the right person.
As the businesses come together, we are focused on making sure enquiries are dealt with promptly, appointments are arranged efficiently and clients are kept informed about the progress of their cases.
We are also reviewing the way we communicate with clients throughout the testing process, with the aim of making it easier to know who to contact and what to expect once an instruction has been received.
Joining Analytical Expert Labs gives AttoLife a strong foundation from which to move forward.
There is work underway behind the scenes to bring the businesses together and strengthen the support available to clients. While some things are changing, our focus remains on providing the testing services our clients need and being available when they need to speak to us.
Over the coming months, we will continue to share updates about AttoLife and the services available through the wider Group. We are looking forward to reconnecting with existing clients, welcoming new instructions and sharing more about what being part of Analytical Expert Labs will mean for AttoLife.
If you have a new testing requirement, want to discuss an existing case or have a question about the changes at AttoLife, please contact us.
